The other reason to have a real estate open house would be an opportunity to meet your neighbors?. This is a joke, I hope if you have been living in your house for more than six months that you would have had a chance to meet your neighbors by now. Seriously speaking, who really stop by an open house but nosey neighbors who are probably considering selling themselves?
